Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Roopnagar Public School, Jhalawar, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all fee-related matters. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments made through the school website, ERP portal, or other authorized payment platforms.

1. Admission & Registration Fees

Admission fees, registration charges, prospectus fees, and application processing fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once the payment has been successfully processed.

Parents/guardians are advised to carefully review admission guidelines, eligibility criteria, and fee details before making any payment.

Fees paid towards tuition, annual charges, transport, examination, activity fees, or any academic session are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

In case the payment amount is deducted from the bank account but the transaction status is unsuccessful or not confirmed, parents/guardians should immediately contact the school office with the transaction details and payment proof.

After verification from the payment gateway or bank, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days through the original mode of payment.

Convenience charges, bank charges, payment gateway fees, processing fees, or taxes deducted during online transactions are non-refundable and shall be borne by the payer.

For workshops, educational tours, competitions, extracurricular activities, or special events where separate fees are charged, cancellation and refund rules may vary depending on the nature of the activity.

Any applicable refund conditions for such activities will be communicated separately at the time of registration or announcement.

Approved refunds will be processed only after proper verification of payment records and necessary approvals from the school administration.

Refunds, if applicable, will be credited through the original payment method only. Cash refunds will not be entertained unless specifically authorized by the school management.
